It was a great honor for my company to be asked to provide all the lighting and design for the opening ceremonies of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. "Freedom Sounds: A Community Celebration." Over 200,000 people attended the 3-day festival. The Museum of African American History & Culture is a celebration of the many contributions African Americans have made to the history, culture and community of the United States. It was a privileged to be a part of an event so historic. I would like to thank my crew for knocking it out of the park.
